Milan

"Milan owes its name not just to the city but also to what it represents; to its feeling of promise and excitement and above all style… embracing the Haute Couture tradition. I wanted to create something that possessed lithe sinuousness, the spirit of the catwalk all that chic, cheek and panache. Once the idea was born I turned to 'how'. I had to keep the complexion clear, to portray pure style without clutter. I chose quietly spoken hand-stitched leather handles and addressed swing and movement by developing soft curved lines that create fluid elegance."
